We are pee-in-our-pants excited to have Tiffany Reisz stop by today to share her newest book in The Original Sinners series. We've been waiting a long time to THE SAINT and now it's here!!!
When not under arrest, Tiffany enjoys Latin Dance, Latin Men, and Latin Verbs. She dropped out of a conservative southern seminary in order to pursue her dream of becoming a smut peddler. Johnny Depp’s aunt was her fourth grade teacher. Her first full-length novel THE SIREN was inspired by a desire to tie up actor Jason Isaacs (on paper). She hopes someday life will imitate art (in bed).
If she couldn’t write, she would die.

INTERVIEW:Jamie and Kati: Hi Tiffany!!!
J&K: What made you want to go back and write the White years? Did you always have that planned?
Tiffany Reisz: After I was finished writing THE SIREN I knew I had so many more stories to tell about these characters. I wanted to show what happened to Michael after he lost his virginity to Nora. I wanted to show Griffin finding true love. I wanted to figure out who this Kingsley Edge person was. And more than anything else, I wanted to show why Nora going back to Søren was not only inevitable, but the right thing for her to do. So yes, I always wanted to go back into her past. It’s weird and kinky there.
J&K: If people are just learning about your books should they start with the White Years?
TR: No, absolutely not. They should start at the beginning and read in order. THE SAINT is book number five. You’ll miss so many references, so much meaning if you start there. You want to read in the order the books were published and written. THE SIREN is book number one. Start there. And if you can’t handle THE SIREN, you better tap out there.
J&K: Who's more fun to write? Eleanor, Kingsley, or Søren?
TR: They are all so different and so wonderful to write I can’t pick just one. Nora is playful. Kingsley is cynical. Søren is intimidating and has a great dry wit. I love writing them all.
J&K: What can we expect from the White Years?
TR: You’ll expect to have important blanks fill in. Why are Nora and Kingsley so loyal to Søren? You’ll find out in THE SAINT and THE KING. Why did Nora leave Søren for five years? You’ll find out in THE VIRGIN. How did she become a dominatrix? You’ll learn that in THE QUEEN.
J&K: We're there any surprise that popped up while writing?
TR: A character showed up at Nora’s doorstep I wasn’t expecting. But once he was there, a lot of things fell into place. Nora’s been missing something in her life. It was almost as if she’d been waiting to find this particular person who would fill this particular role. Once he showed up on her doorstep, THE SAINT fell into place and all the secrets unlocked.
Gutsy, green-eyed Eleanor never met a rule she didn't want to break. She's sick of her mother's zealotry and the confines of Catholic school, and declares she'll never go to church again. But her first glimpse of beautiful, magnetic Father Søren Stearns and his lust-worthy Italian motorcycle is an epiphany. Suddenly, daily Mass seems like a reward, and her punishment is the ache she feels when they're apart. He is intelligent and insightful and he seems to know her intimately at her very core. Eleanor is consumed—and even she knows that can't be right.
But when one desperate mistake nearly costs Eleanor everything, it is Søren who steps in to save her. She vows to repay him with complete obedience…and a whole world opens before her as he reveals to her his deepest secrets.
Danger can be managed—pain, welcomed. Everything is about to begin.
