Air Force pilot Caleb Kelly has come back home with one mission in mind—to propose to the woman whose letters and lucky charm helped him survive his deployment in Afghanistan. But when he finds their apartment empty with a note saying she’s left him, he arrives at her mother’s house in rural Alabama less than a week before Kourtney is about to marry another man. Now he’s out to win her heart again and gets some unexpected assistance from her younger sister, Alex.
Alex Leadbetter has always thought Caleb was too good for her manipulative, social-climbing sister. She had assumed Kourtney’s identity to write letters to him and keep his spirits up until he returned home to the hard truth, never expecting to fall in love with him along the way. After he shows up in town, she convinces him that the best way to get Kourtney back is to make her think he’s fallen for someone new — her. But when a fake romance becomes all too real, her deception may leave them both grounded.

Another great read from Crista McHugh.
Falling for the Wingman is the third book in the Kelly Brothers series. Caleb Kelly thinks he's ready to propose to the one woman who has sent him letters while he was overseas. He's completely fallen for her. Only one problem? She's not the one writing the letters.
Alex Leadbetter pretends to be her older sister, writing to Caleb while he's away. The moment he comes back, he notices that Kourtney is different from the woman in the letters. He wants Kourtney and he asks Alex to help him get her back.
Alex thinks Caleb deserves to be with someone who isn't her older sister. Preferably her. She offers to help Caleb get her sister back but secretly wants him to want her instead.
I really enjoyed this book and look forward to the next Kelly brother's book.
"Okay, first off, that 'old car' is a classic muscle machine that gets me hot and bothered just from listening to the engine."
"You get turned on by an engine?" he teased.
"Let me get behind the wheel and I'll show you." She gave him a playful nudge before turning serious. "Second, you should do what you love."
"Even if it's what made the woman I love leave me?"
