What is your hero’s biggest fault?
Jennifer Haymore – Honestly? Luke’s not a hero at the beginning of The Rogue’s Proposal. He’s pretty much of a mess, and he has tons of faults. But throughout the course of the book he learns what’s important enough to fight for, and he is a true hero by the end (but still a real hero, who still battles his faults). I love writing about characters who make huge changes, especially for the ones they love, and Luke definitely steps up in this story.
Kate McKinley - Ashton can be a bit aggressive when it comes to getting what he wants, and in this case, that’s Daphne. It takes a fair bit of work, but he eventually learns to step back, and allow Daphne to make some tough decisions for herself.
Kristen Callihan – He has absolutely no tact. He says what he thinks, and often gets into trouble because of it. Jack, of course, denies this vehemently. It isn’t his fault people take offense over his plain speaking.
