Jamie, Kati and Michele are lusting after...
Series: Play-By-Play #6.5
Genre: Erotic Contemporary
Publisher: Intermix (November 19, 2013)
All Elizabeth and Gavin Riley want for Christmas is a baby. Despite over a year of trying, conception hasn’t been successful. But for a high-achiever like Elizabeth, she must succeed at everything. That means making the very most of every opportunity with her husband. And when it comes to nonstop sex, Gavin’s not really complaining. Exhausted, maybe…
Unfortunately, this holiday season they’re not exactly given a lot of private time. Elizabeth is hosting the holiday, Gavin’s sister is getting married, and the house is wall-to-wall with family. For Elizabeth and Gavin the nights may be chilly, but the urge is still hot. And they’re not about to let any distraction get in the way of their necessary pleasures during a holiday game that yields so many unexpected surprises.
Why? Jaci Burton has all the luck. Her covers for the Play-by-Play series are smoking hot but the newest cover released for Holiday Games is so hot. I mean look at it. I do love me a baseball players... And those muscles and veins. Yummy.
But like a good cover does, it got me excited for the story. I'm excited to visit Gavin and Liz again.
Series: Lords of Vice #7
Genre: Historical Romance
Length: 304 pages
Publisher: St. Martin's Press (November 26, 2013)
LUCK BE A LADY
Lord Chillingsworth’s reputation precedes him—the infamous “Frost” is as legendary on the field of honor as he is in the bedroom. Which makes it surprising that young Emily Cavell has taken up the cause of closing Frost’s favorite gambling hell. Who does this brazen, flame-haired beauty think she is?
LOVE: A ROLL OF THE DICE?
Emily’s vendetta is personal: She is determined to take a pound of flesh from Frost, who ruined her sister. But the man she meets is not the cold-hearted devil she imagined—and is twice as handsome to boot—and soon Emily finds herself falling for him. Their battle of wills quickly ignites into blazing desire. Could it be that the most jaded Lord of Vice is finally willing to risk everything and gamble on her heart? Or is true love only a fool’s game?
Why? I've been waiting for what feels like forever for Frost's book in Alexandra Hawkins' Lords of Vice series. Is it November yet?! The cover is GORGEOUS. All that blue is simply stunning. And the dress! Oh, and the hint of abs. That's a nice touch.

Publisher: NAL (August 6, 2013)
Tanna Barker is a world champion barrel racer. But her personal life has been less of a success, and she’s feeling adrift. After her mother’s unexpected death, her father has remarried, and sold the Texas ranch she called home. Now a rodeo injury has left the restless spitfire holed up in Muddy Gap, unsure what her next move should be.
Until she meets her match in a wild, wild cowboy
Veterinarian August Fletcher has always put his job first. He’s never found a woman who could handle his on-the-road lifestyle. But when sassy, sexy Tanna blows into town, he finally finds the woman of his fantasies. And there’s something between them, but she claims she’s been burned by love ’em and leave ’em road dogs before. How can Fletch prove that he’s in it for the long haul, and that their sizzling relationship is better than winning any rodeo medal? It’ll take some sweet persuasion to convince Tanna that Muddy Gap is where she belongs.
Why? The cover I'm lusting over this week is the book is the book I reviewed earlier this week: Turn and Burn by Lorelei James. All of the covers in the Blacktop Cowboys series are just beautiful that it's one of the few series that I will always buy in trade paperback as well as ebook (and audiobook, but that's another story!). I don't know where Lorelei James finds such gorgeous cowboys but I always know each cover will be even more impressive than the next.
So dear readers, which covers are YOU lusting after?
