Natalie Jones is a photographer, quite well known, however with a degenerative eye disease that is progressing rather quickly she starts to lock herself away in her home. Then she is attacked in her home, the only place that felt safe.

Special Agent Liam “Mac” McKenzie is in charge of finding an elusive killer that has been targeting young women. When he hears about the attack on Natalie, essentially the only survivor, he heads to interview her. Only he doesn’t know that his main witness is blind.

Despite Mac making an idiot out of himself and Natalie attempting to get rid of him they are still attracted to each other. However, things get dangerous when the killer comes back for Natalie. Not to mention that Natalie pushes everyone away because of her disease. She doesn’t want to be seen as weak to people but she doesn’t see the danger she’s in.

This had the potential to be an amazing story but somewhere along the way it just didn’t come through. I think a lot had to do with Natalie and Mac. I just couldn’t get behind either one. I was really rooting for Natalie but she just had me shaking my head. And Mac had me wanting to slap him upside the head. The only person I loved was Mac’s partner Jace. I hope he gets a story.
