I think this book is for a great cause and I'm glad that the authors stepped forward to do this to begin with.
ReplyDeleteI don't have any family in the service right now, nor have I ever served. But many (my grandfather, and most of his brothers) are veterans--marines, navy, I think one army in the mix. But I'm proud, and thankful, to every single man and woman that has served our country over the years!
Enjoy,
TBQ
Happy Veterns Day to all the great men and women who have served this country! I'm proud to say that my grandfather served our country during WWII in the Army. it takes a special person to put their life on the line for us.
ReplyDeleteI think this book is such a great idea! I love it that so many authors particioated and in such a short time, too.
ReplyDeleteNone of my family members nor I serve in the Army.
Thank you for the giveaway!
I did not serve in the service but my sister's step son (so he's my step-nephew) is currently in the Army and is currently deployed in Afghanistan, that's as close as I can get to having family in the service now.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway

ReplyDeleteI did not serve in the armed forces, but many in my family have. Right now I have a nephew who has been in Iraq, Asia and just left for a deployment in Afghanistan. My other nephew served in Iraq as well.
ReplyDeleteI'm looking forward to reading SEAL of My Dreams.

ReplyDeleteHey ladies. Remember to leave your email address IN the rafflecopter and NOT in your comment. Thanks! Also, Kim at SOS Aloha is ALSO giving a copy of this book away and you have to go to her site to enter. The giveaways from our respective blogs aren't linked. I'm just sharing where you can have another chance at winning SEAL Of My Dreams. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI have two cousins currently serving. I did not serve. I am thankful every day for those that do or have served and for their families.
ReplyDeleteI have a son serving in the Navy. In the past I have a neice who was in the National Guard, two nephews who served in the Army, my brother served in Viet Nam, and my dad during WWII. It takes a very special person to serve in the protection of this great nation. lisagk(at)yahoo(dot)com
ReplyDeleteNo one in the family is currently serving. I am so glad there is so much positive attention given to today's servicemen & women and their families. I remember how to much negative feeling fell on their shoulders during Viet Nam.
